Philip is a Partner with Fulcrum Equity Partners. He currently serves on the board of directors of Advantum Health, GoPivot, Kevel, LiveSource and Stratasan; he previously served on the Board of Fattmerchant, ALS Resolvion and MFG.com until their sales. From 2015 – 2017 he served as CFO of Rivalhealth and helped guide the company through its merger with gBehavior, now branded GoPivot. On top of these roles, he is actively involved in leading new investments as well as assisting in business development efforts. Additionally, he served on the Board and was the Chairman of the Board of Venture Atlanta in 2017, served on the Technology Association of Georgia’s Corporate Development Society Board and founded the Young Southern Capital Forum. Outside of Fulcrum, Philip is a member of the Leadership Council for non-profit Year Up! Atlanta and chaired the steering committee of the NextWave Society at the Georgia Aquarium.
Prior to joining Fulcrum in 2007, Mr. Lewis was employed as an Investment Banking Analyst with A.G. Edwards & Sons in St. Louis. Mr. Lewis received a B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Accounting and a minor in Spanish from Washington University in St. Louis.
Kirk Reid is the President of Auctus Performance, a healthcare focused growth consulting firm. He also serves as a senior operations advisor for a private equity firm. In addition to Advantum Health he currently serves on the boards of Healthcare Financial, Inc, and RSource Healthcare
Prior to Auctus he was the interim Chief Executive Office for The Bevolution Group. In his career Kirk compiled over 30 years of significant healthcare experience in sales, business development, marketing, and general management. He served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Chamberlin Edmonds, a Change Healthcare company, the national market share leader in hospital eligibility and enrollment services; Vice President of Sales for Gentiva Health Services, the nation’s largest provider of home health and specialty pharmaceutical distribution services. During his tenure with Gentiva he also served as Vice President of Acquisitions and was the Senior Executive in charge of Gentiva Business Services. Additionally, he was the Executive Vice President for NES Healthcare Services, a national provider of hospital emergency department management services and was the Executive Vice President for Premier Anesthesia, the country’s largest provider of hospital anesthesia department management.
Kirk received his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Missouri State University and did his post graduate master’s work at St. Mary’s of California.
Following iLIANT’s merger with MED3000 Group, Inc., he continued to serve as Director of MED3000 Group, Inc., through its sale to McKesson Corporation in 2012. He was a founder of Medical Manager Corporation and served as CEO and President of Pediatric Health Alliance. Mr. Salas earned an Economics degree from Harvard College.
He was a member of the leadership team that took Acorn Information Services from start-up through successful IPO. His prior corporate experience includes IBM and 3M. He serves on the boards of JJ Metta Foundation and Passport Health (as Vice Chairman). Mr. Sharma earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronic engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (India), and a master’s degree in Management from Clemson University in South Carolina.
He has managed over $350 million in capital and led or participated in 150 transactions, including public offerings, multi-party mergers and consolidation plays. Prior to forming Fulcrum, Mr. Muir was COO of OnTarget, the leading provider of consulting and training to large sales organizations worldwide, including IBM, HP, Cisco, Dell, Microsoft, Siemens, Deutsche Telecom, Nortel, and BellSouth. He spearheaded the highly successful exit strategy for the owners, resulting in a merger with Siebel Systems in December 1999. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree and Juris Doctorate from the University of Georgia, both with honors. Prior to law school, he served as an intelligence officer in the U.S. Air Force, including a tour in the Middle East.
Rupen was CEO of Influence Health, a PE-backed Healthcare SaaS company working with 1000+ hospitals. Post-acquisition, he served as Chief Strategy Officer at Healthgrades. Rupen also serves on the board of non-profit Bright By Text and mentors founders and college students. He has an extensive software business background in the Fintech, Martech, and Data Analytics markets. As CTO for NCR’s Small and Medium Business division, he launched innovative SaaS, mobile, and streaming analytics products in three new markets. He also has started his own company and previously led product development for many Turner brands, including CNN.com, SI.com, and Money.com. He has an undergraduate degree in EE and CS from Vanderbilt and a Master’s in EE from Georgia Tech.
