We are hiring for the following position/s:
Customer Service Representative
We promote a positive work environment while providing excellent service to our customers. Their success is our success. Advantum Health is looking to add motivated and friendly candidates to our team to respond to patient and provider calls. The CSR will be fully trained in the use of our billing software.
This full-time position is located in our downtown, Louisville, KY office.
Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8am to 8pm. We have two shifts, 8-5 and 11-8.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a production driven environment
- Knowledge of medical billing
- Ability to learn a wide variety of clients
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- College degree preferred
- Pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
