Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative will play an important role in achieving new business opportunities and meeting our revenue growth objectives. The individual is responsible for working with both the sales and marketing teams to find new opportunities, nurture and qualify leads, and secure new meetings while exceeding established targets and goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Minimum 3 years of sales, outbound call center, and/or marketing experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is necessary
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry with a focus on the operational and financial needs of a physician practice is a plus

Essential Functions:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Continually develop knowledge of the financial and operational challenges facing physician practices
  • Maintain and update a growing database of leads and contacts
  • Research potential prospects via web searches or databases to identify key decision makers and generate interest
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Sales Executive for further development and closure
  • Assess the competitive landscape and document findings to enhance competitive battlecards
  • Create and deliver campaigns to gain interest and nurture leads
  • Team with Sales and Marketing leads to build pipeline and close deals
  • Analyze and deliver reports and PowerPoints for leadership meetings and review
  • Assist in closing sales and achieving quarterly quotas
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of prospects per day

  • Excellent Project Management skills; ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines accordingly
  • Able to change tasks quickly as business needs dictate
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to foster trust and respect among customers, vendors, and team members accordingly
