Katelin Popma serves as Director of PMO at Advantum Health, a healthcare operations leader focused on transforming the systems that directly affect patient outcomes. With more than a decade of experience in healthcare operations and revenue cycle management, she works to improve workflows, strengthen accountability and ensure patients receive timely, effective care.

Katelin is driven by a simple belief: when systems work well, patients are protected, especially those who cannot advocate for themselves. Outside of work, she is a mom of two and brings that same sense of responsibility and purpose into everything she does.
