Advantum runs two formal training programs designed to develop revenue cycle specialists from the ground up. Our PES Training Program prepares new specialists for provider enrollment work. Our Healthcare Authorization Academy trains specialists in prior authorization workflows. Both programs combine full-time in-person instruction with paid apprenticeship.
Beyond formal training, our dedicated training and education team supports continuous development for every role, with mentorship structures and clear paths to senior positions. The people who run our operations today started somewhere on this team.
