PES Training Program
Train for a career in U.S. healthcare RCM. Paid from day one.
Advantum’s PES Training Program is accredited, runs inside an active U.S. revenue cycle operation in Hyderabad and connects top graduates to open roles on a team that is actively hiring.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Real client work, not classroom theory.
The PES Training Program is an accredited Provider Enrollment Services course based at Advantum’s Hyderabad office. Trainees learn alongside the team that handles live U.S. payer enrollments every day, on the same platforms and against the same standards Advantum’s clients depend on.
Participants receive a paid stipend throughout the program and earn a recognized PES certification on successful completion. Top graduates are evaluated for open positions on the PES team, and Advantum is actively hiring.
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
By the end of the program, you'll be running the work.
The curriculum is built around what the PES team does for U.S. clients every day. Graduates can:
- Complete a U.S. payer enrollment application from submission to approval
- Manage credentialing workflows against payer-specific documentation and turnaround standards
- Work confidently in Advantum’s production systems and quality benchmarks
- Track status, escalate stuck applications and maintain consistent follow-up cadence
- Communicate with U.S. clients on U.S. business hours
Provider enrollment is an in-demand specialty across U.S. healthcare RCM, and the experience transfers across the healthcare services sector in India.
WHY ADVANTUM
What sets this program apart.
Most RCM training courses are taught from textbooks. The PES Training Program is taught from a live U.S. revenue cycle floor. That difference shows up in three ways.
- Built inside a working U.S. operation
The curriculum tracks current client requirements, not a generic syllabus. Trainees work on the same systems Advantum’s U.S. clients rely on, with the same quality standards in place. - Paid from day one
Participants receive a stipend throughout the program. No upfront cost, and no need to choose between training and earning. - A direct path to hiring
Advantum’s PES team is actively hiring, and top graduates are evaluated for open positions on completion. The credential also transfers across the sector if you choose a different employer.
