Kim Rhodes brings more than 20 years of experience to her work in medical coding at Advantum Health. A Certified Professional Coder, she has built deep expertise across coding operations, billing and payer guidelines, with a focus on process optimization and cross-functional collaboration.

Kim is known for improving coding accuracy and streamlining workflows. She works at the connection points between providers, coders and leadership teams, strengthening the partnerships that keep coding accurate and reimbursement on track.

Outside of work, Kim recharges with family time, beach trips and working in her flower gardens, with a soft spot for Disney.
