Tammy Taylor is Chief Executive Officer of Advantum Health, a Louisville-based revenue cycle management company supporting healthcare providers with AI-powered solutions for billing, coding, credentialing, authorizations, eligibility and auditing. A veteran revenue cycle leader with more than 30 years of healthcare experience, Tammy has spent her career helping provider organizations improve operations, simplify complexity and strengthen financial performance. 

Her background spans large health system revenue cycle leadership, corporate compliance, hospital and physician revenue cycle, health information management and large group practice management. She joined Advantum in 2017 and was named CEO in 2022. 

Under her leadership, Advantum has expanded its global team to more than 700 RCM professionals and helped healthcare organizations streamline reimbursement workflows, reduce administrative friction and improve revenue cycle performance. Her work is especially relevant for specialty practices navigating increasingly complex payer requirements, prior authorizations, documentation demands and payment models.

Tammy is a passionate advocate for women in healthcare leadership and for veteran hiring, a commitment rooted in her own service in the United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsman and Certified OR Tech. Her recent honors include the 2025 Business First Enterprising Women Award and recognition as one of Becker’s 2025 Women in Health IT to Know. Advantum’s recent national recognition includes honors from Modern Healthcare and Becker’s Healthcare, along with multiple workplace awards.
