Adds proprietary technology and expands customer base

Louisville, Kentucky — May 25, 2016 — iHealth Solutions, LLC, a leading healthcare software and services company, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the assets of New Jersey-based DNA Healthcare Inc. (DNAH).  With this acquisition, iHealth adds DNAH’s strong proprietary technology to its portfolio, as well as major hospitals and medical clinics across the East Coast to its customer base. The new company is operating under the name of iHealth.

Venkat Sharma, iHealth’s Chief Executive Officer, will head the combined companies and Sreeram Mantha, formerly CEO of DNAH, will serve as Chief Operating Officer. The current iHealth management team will lead iHealth, supported by DNAH’s strong global operations.
