Job Summary

The Implementation/Project Manager position will serve as the implementation leader, trainer, and subject matter expert regarding all Advantum Health service offerings. The Implementation/Project Manager will perform the implementation of all new clients to Advantum Health, including any needed training and education required for the system configuration and implementation, remote education and training, go live support, as well as be available for post go live training for a designated period of time following customer go lives. The role requires a self-starter, team player, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and someone who can communicate effectively to all levels of the organization as well as external parties.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience, required
  • 5+ Years Healthcare Revenue Cycle Experience
  • Prior Authorization Experience a plus
  • Experience with system set up in multiple practice management systems
  • 3-5 Years Implementation Experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Expert level experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, etc… Including Microsoft Planner
  • Ability to manage multiple processes in a fast paced, client facing environment
  • Project Management experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for successful implementation of healthcare services including, but not limited to:
  • Medical Billing
  • Revenue Cycle Management
  • AR Follow Up
  • Coding
  • Prior Authorization
  • Auditing Services
  • Provider Enrollment
  • Collecting required data and detail for successful onboarding of client services
  • Conducting meetings with clients and internal team members to ensure a successful hand off from implementation to operations
  • Provide training to the client related to process and systems used by Advantum
  • Required to read and understand contracts and appropriately communicate deliverables to the operations team, setting standards around all implemented processes
  • Documentation of standard operating procedures, providing thorough review with the client, the operations, department, stakeholders to ensure overall understanding
  • Setup and maintenance of practice management systems, including but not limited to:
  • Charge Master Set Up/Maintenance
  • Provider Database
  • System Rules Setup
  • Be the voice of the customer by documenting change requests from the client, delivering feedback to leadership and operations as appropriate
  • Be professional, courteous, and tactful in all direct, indirect, email, phone conversations
  • Work in partnership with the client and operations to ensure that both parties are set up for success
  • Identify client needs, including potential client satisfaction issues and alert the necessary parties, using good judgement on how to escalate the situations
  • Prepare weekly implementation updates and conduct meetings about the same to ensure continuity between the implementation and operations departments
  • Conduct meetings for clients and operations to facilitate successful implementation and eventual operations hand off
  • This position is highly visible, this person represents the mission of Advantum Health
  • Account for internal control responsibilities in line with the organization’s objectives
  • Ability to handle Protected Health Information in a manner consistent with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)

Work Environment/Physical Demands/Travel Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Hybrid ( In Louisville office at least 3 days per week)
  • Primarily sedentary, using a computer and phone very often

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
