In our “Women in Leadership” series, we are proud to feature Haritha Bandi, whose journey from an AR Caller to Deputy of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) at Advantum Health exemplifies determination, growth, and leadership.
Haritha’s journey began in the state of Andhra Pradesh, where she pursued her passion for numbers and logic, earning an engineering degree with a focus on Mathematics. This analytical background laid the groundwork for her career in healthcare RCM—a field that demands precision, critical thinking, and adaptability.
Starting as an AR Caller, Haritha worked her way up, embracing new responsibilities and refining her skills along the way. Today, as Deputy of RCM, she enjoys the challenges and rewards that come with taking ownership of plans and driving them to success. “My favorite part of this role is taking responsibility and executing plans successfully,” she shares.
In both the short and long term, Haritha identifies clear communication, client retention, and process optimization as key hurdles for the healthcare RCM sector. “Proper communication with clients and stabilizing processes to run smoother,” she notes. With a proactive approach, she remains committed to addressing these challenges head-on.
Haritha credits Advantum Health’s supportive company culture for her professional growth. “Motivation, healthy competition, and trust have played a major role in elevating my career here,” she says. This environment fosters innovation and excellence, empowering women like Haritha to reach new heights.
When she’s not optimizing processes and managing teams, Haritha enjoys a good game of chess. “I’m not a champion, but I love to play,” she admits with a smile, showcasing the balance of focus and playfulness that makes her a dynamic leader.
Haritha Bandi’s journey is a testament to the power of perseverance, learning, and leadership. Her story inspires women in healthcare and beyond to embrace challenges, trust their abilities, and aim for success.
