Anuradha Dosapati’s interest in Human Resources sparked during her academic journey, leading her to pursue HR as her postgraduate specialization. Reflecting on her career, she says, “I developed an interest in HR while completing my degree, which motivated me to choose HR as my major in graduate school.” Starting her career at a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) company, Anuradha has spent over 17 years refining her expertise in key areas like talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and organizational strategy. Her deep commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting employee growth has been a defining factor in her professional trajectory.

Anuradha earned her postgraduate degree from the Siva Sivani Institute of Management in Hyderabad, India, where she majored in Human Resources and minored in Event Management. She completed her early education at Sister Nivedita School in Hyderabad.

In her current role, Anuradha finds immense satisfaction in the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. “One of the aspects I love most about my job is being able to shape strategies that enhance workplace culture, foster employee growth, and improve talent acquisition,” she explains.
