Rohitha Putsala is an HR Business Partner (HRBP) known for driving positive changes in her organization. Her journey into human resources is a mix of technical skills and a passion for helping people, making her a great fit for her role.

Rohitha’s career started at an incubation center, where she helped student entrepreneurs kickstart their own businesses. This role taught her a lot about business strategies and market research. As she gained experience in different HR roles, both full-time and as a freelancer, she realized that her problem-solving skills were a perfect match for the challenges in HR. Over time, she became more and more interested in this field and found her true calling.

Rohitha studied Electronics & Communication Engineering for her Bachelor’s degree at GITAM University in Visakhapatnam. She then pursued a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources and also earned a Master’s degree in Psychology. These qualifications have given her a well-rounded understanding of both the technical and human sides of business.

Rohitha loves her job because it allows her to support employees at every step of their career. She believes that HR is the heart of any organization, playing a key role in building a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Her favorite part of the job is helping to create that culture and making sure employees feel valued and engaged.

Looking to the future, Rohitha sees challenges in maintaining a strong company culture and keeping employees engaged, especially as more people work remotely or in hybrid setups. She points out that as employees want more personalized work experiences, HR professionals will need to find a balance between these expectations and the overall goals of the business. This balance will be crucial as the industry adapts to new ways of working.

Rohitha credits Advantum Health’s supportive and team-oriented culture with helping her grow in her career. The company’s focus on continuously improving processes has not only boosted her professional development but also created an environment where she feels confident taking on new challenges.

When she’s not working, Rohitha enjoys exploring new places and reading books. These hobbies give her a break from work and help her return with fresh ideas and energy.

Rohitha Putsala’s journey shows how a mix of different experiences and a love for helping people can lead to a successful career in HR. As she continues her work at Advantum Health, her role as a Change Agent will continue to have a positive impact on both the company and its employees.
